What to do in case of a dispute?
After contacting The People’s customer service or the establishment for an amicable resolution, and in the event of an unfavorable response or no response within sixty (60) days following the filing of the complaint, one of the Hosts may bring the complaint before a mediator whose contact details are listed in Article 25 of the GTC.

Is it possible to arrive at the hostel late at night?
At what time should I check out my room or bed?
Rooms and beds must be checked out before 11:00 a.m, or 12p.m. with our "Early Check-in" option at Paris Nation, Paris Belleville, Paris Marais, Lille, Strasbourg, Marseilles, Les 2 Alpes and Le Havre. However, times vary depending on the destination. Can I leave my luggage even if I have already returned my room or bed?
Can I cancel my booking? What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are linked to specific rates. If the rate you booked does not allow for changes or cancellation, you will not be able to ask for a refund.
