At The People, we think it is our differences that make living together better. This is why we have redesigned the youth hostel experience to create really welcoming spaces, where all cultures can come together and locals can meet travelers from across the world.

Our philosophy follows one guiding principle: good vibes. Lively, joyful and friendly, every week, our ho(s)tels host concerts, exhibitions, workshops and lots of other events inspired by the local neighborhood’s vibes. Local and entertaining, our program of events aims to impress!

Travel differently, that’s our motto! We encourage responsible practices and take local actions. We team up with neighborhood shopkeepers and associations… La Vida Locale is more than just a state of mind.
THE PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
At The People, our ho(s)tels are more than just places to sleep, they are spots where you can experience life at the heart of a neighborhood. Here, encounters are made and relationships are built to the rhythm of a 100% vida locale events program, with DJ sets, exhibitions, karaoke events, as well as workshops and drag shows. During the day and at night, midweek or on weekends, everything is thought out to ensure that you enjoy the city’s vibes to the full!
Our bars and restaurants are vibrant places, open to travelers and local residents alike. We only have one goal: to indulge morning, noon and night. Regional specialties, signature cocktails, fresh and local produce, tasty menus and copious brunches in super cool places. There’s something for everyone. A true delight!
We combine the accessibility and informality of a youth hostel with the comfort of a hotel. Our doors are open to all kinds of travelers, from families and groups of friends to lovers, solo backpackers and work teams… Everyone’s needs are different, and so is their room. Shared dormitories or private rooms, we’ve got something for everyone!
